Return and Refund Policy for Casqit

We craft each piece of Casqit with precision and care. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return policy is designed to ensure a smooth and respectful process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is:

Unused and unworn
In its original packaging, including the dust bag and tags
In resalable condition

Items that are used, damaged, or returned without the original packaging will not be accepted.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us through our contact form with your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will provide you with instructions and a return address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, we kindly ask that you return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

5. Exceptions

Custom or made-to-order items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
