Casqit Return and Refund Policy

We manufacture each piece of Casqit with precision and care. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return policy is designed to ensure a smooth and respectful process.
1. Return Eligibility
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is:

Unused and unworn

In its original packaging, including dust bag and tags

In a resalable condition
Items that have been used or damaged, or returned without original packaging will not be accepted.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us via our contact form with your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will provide you with instructions and a return address.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your refund. If accepted, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, we kindly ask that you return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
5. Exceptions
Custom or made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
